A front-facing sign and a projecting, double-sided sign solve different visibility problems. Share photos, dimensions and the direction from which customers approach. Discuss access for installation and any permissions required with the appropriate property or local authority contacts before work begins.
Understand the materials in the offer
Our original sign specification describes powder-coated aluminium frames, 3 or 5 mm opal acrylic, LED modules and laminated printed vinyl. The exact combination depends on the chosen product. Ask which specification is included in your quote rather than assuming every format has the same construction.
Outdoor suitability is a whole-product question
Ask about the face, frame, printed graphics, electrical components and mounting together. A component rating is not automatically a rating for the assembled sign. Exposure, cleaning and installation affect the appropriate choice; no single lifespan applies to every site.
Agree on fitting and aftercare
Confirm who handles fitting, the surface and access requirements, and what inspection or maintenance is needed. Ask for the applicable warranty and remedy to be recorded with your order. A custom dimension and a stocked format may have different production schedules.

Is a lightbox the same as an electronic screen?
No. A printed illuminated lightbox lights a fixed graphic. An electronic display changes content digitally. Tell us which you mean; do not assume screen hardware or software is included in a printed-sign quote.
How long will an outdoor sign last?
There is no universal number. Ask for the material specification, intended exposure, care instructions and product-specific warranty rather than relying on a generic lifespan claim.
