Define a good result before production
Agree on dimensions, material, finishing, graphic placement and the intended use. A menu handled every day, an outdoor sign and a staff T-shirt have different requirements. Our 15 years of experience informs the conversation, but the written job specification is what makes the order clear.
Separate the different kinds of coverage
A manufacturer’s component warranty, print coverage and installation responsibility are not interchangeable. Ask which party covers which part, for how long, under what conditions and with which remedy. We offer a 1-year store-wide guarantee; confirm the applicable coverage and remedy in your written order.
Keep approval and handover records
Retain the accepted quote and approved artwork. Check the delivered product against that specification. Care instructions and the conditions of use matter, so raise any unclear point before ordering or installing the product.
If something needs attention
Contact the shop with the order reference, photographs and a description of the issue and use conditions. We can discuss the next step under the applicable terms. This guide explains what to clarify; it does not replace your order terms or promise a particular remedy in every case.

What else should you know?
Is there a fixed warranty for every product?
We offer a 1-year store-wide guarantee. Confirm the covered parts, exclusions and remedy for the product in your written order.
Does the guarantee include installation?
Only the agreed terms establish the installation scope and responsibility. Ask for fitting and related coverage to be stated separately.
What should I keep after ordering?
Keep the accepted specification, approved artwork, invoice and any product-specific guarantee or care instructions. These help identify what was agreed.
